Join Kathy Corey as she presents Pilates exercises on the CoreFitnessRoller at ECA/OBOW.
Program presents classic movement patterns designed specifically for this new creative product. This workshop will challenge and engage core muscles utilizing exercises which enhance balance, functional strength and flexibility. With focus on alignment and body awareness these movements integrate-dynamic core strengthening with full body movements to create a comprehensive mind/body workout.
